1.    RELIEF. The Battalion will be relieved on the night 8/9th April 1917, by the 11th SHERWOOD FORESTERS. Order of relief as follows: - B - C - D - A Companies
B. Company 11th Sherwood Foresters will relieve D.Company
C. ------------------------------------------------------------------ C.Company
D. ------------------------------------------------------------------ A.Company
A. ------------------------------------------------------------------ B.Company

On completion of relief, platoons will proceed independently to BELGIAN CHATEAU via SHRAPNEL CORNER ………………. Coys will assemble at BELGIAN CHATEAU where soup will be issued ……………………………………DOMINION CAMP

2.    GUIDES. One guide per platoon, except for Posts, will be at TRANSPORT FARM at 7.45 p.m.
The relieving carriages of GLASGOW - LONE TREE and FORGE WOOD POSTS are reporting at TRANSPORT FARM at 4 p.m. Guides from BATTERSEA FARM will be provided at TRANSPORT FARM at that hour.
Lt C.F.PALMER will be in charge of guides.

3.    LEWIS GUNS. Lewis Guns will come up with their Companies and will take over from us 20 magazines per gun. D.Coy guns will assemble at JACKSONS DUMP for loading on limber - C. and A. Coys guns at ZILLANCE DUMP. Limbers will be on respective dumps at 10/30 pm and 11 pm. They will collect 10 magazines per gun of 11th Sherwood Foresters from TRANSPORT FARM on return journey. R/Lt. C. F. PALMER will superintend the loading of these magazines on to wagons.

4.    COOKS, MESS GEAR, ETC. Company cooks, Mess gear etc., will be ready for loading as follows:-
1 limber will be at JACKSONS DUMP for D. Coy Mess Gear at 10 pm and will proceed to ZILLANCE DUMP at 10/30 pm for "A" and "C" Coys Gear. Cart for "B" Coy will be at TRANSPORT FARM at 9 pm. Mess Cart for Mess Gear and Medical Officer's Cart for Medical Gear will be at JACKSONS DUMP at 10 pm.

Two Cookers will be at BELGIAN CHATEAU at 10 pm. One …… from ………… will report there to the Sargt. Master Cook (Sgt. J Dark) at 10pm., to prepare soup for the Battalion. ………………………will proceed to DOMINION CAMP and prepare tea for the Battalion on arrival, under the supervision of the R.G.M.A.
One limber will wait the orders of the adjutant at BELGIAN CHATEAU.
The Quartermaster will allot beds to the Company with the required number of blankets in each.

5.    CHARGERS. Chargers for the Commanding Officer and Adjutant will be at ………………………CORNER at 12 midnight; for Major ……………………. At TRANSPORT FARM at 10pm and for Company Commands at BELGIAN CHATEAU at 11pm.

7.    CLEANLINESS OF BILLETS. All billets, dugouts and latrines will be handed over in a clean and sanitary condition. Special attention will be paid to this and certificates to the effect that this has been done will be forwarded to G.C.H.Q., with receipts for Trench Stores.
